White Policy through English Test

Overseas nurses are currently facing this discriminatory act through English proficiency.

All over the world IELTS has become the major obstacles for all types of professionals that wanted to render their service in the other part of the world.

This issue is somehow neglected since many government agencies are unaware of this or maybe its a conspiracy theory. As claimed by the many.

However, English is important in the communication vetween two people and thus, fluency is important.

Nevertheless, the increasing cut off score for the acceptable score for the English proficiency is way too far.

IELTS as claimed is not intended to measure the capacity of an individual in their proficiency in English. But sad to say it is the practice.

One person is currently campaigning about how this English test kill other languages all over the world. Failed to ubderstand, most of the words used in English are borrowed words from different regions around the world.

Our world beeds diversity to learn feom one another. But this is not the case.

Some may claim that English is important than any ither languages. Then you need to think about it.

More revision for Language proficiency is needed

New Zealand Nursing council has an easy policies when it comes to the English language proficiency, and also, they do not require their future registered nurses to have an IELTS result in one sitting, instead, their possible candidate can take another IELTS test, provided that the category or categories where they have a score lower that 7 will be & or higher on the new result. Like for instance, if a candidate have Listening 7.5 Reading 8 Writing 5.5 and Speaking 9, the candidate can retake the IELTS and should have a score of 7 or higher in the writing task. This is how clear their policy is.

Currently, the Senate in Australia will have a final decision regarding the English language proficiency test, that it needs to be revised more. Although, AHPRA revised some of its policies regarding the proficiency, it is still conflicting the interest of Australia, which is to prevent the downfall of the healthcare personnel in the country.

No one can deny that communication is very important, but nobody can also deny that Australia nowadays is a multicultural country, which has various languages used by different people.

Another assumption was that, both AHPRA and IELTS provider is having a deal, and no one proved this as of the moment. Furthermore, one commentator stated that the following test honored by AHPRA and Institutions that are offering bridging program, does not 100% measure the proficiency of the candidate and it does not also measure the skills of their future healthcare personnel.

What most candidate can do for now is to take IELTS test again and have a band score of 7 in all categories.

AHPRA eligibility is useless

Many overseas trained nurses that applied in AHPRA who happened to received the eligibility letter and mostly, their eligibility letter expires for a year or less.

This eligibility letter either permits overseas nurses to undergo a bridging course so that they can register as Australian RN. However, although these people have an eligibility letter, they where having hard time looking for an institutions that will accept them in the bridging program, since all the schools that is conducting the program required an IELTS of 7 in all categories and it excuses no one, eventhough that you have been exempted by AHPRA.

This has become the traumatic experience of all nurses, and AHPRA would even claim that schools will accept nurses without IELTS, but it is not true at all.

Maybe AHPRA is waiting for another file to be filed against them in the Senate. From the drastic changes of the English language requirement to improper dissemination of information, it makes the dream of the overseas nurses to practice in their own profession.

There was one article that was written that although Australia is not showing how they discriminate other Races, they somehow, show it through implementing rules that will prevent other Races to succeed.

So sad that AHPRA and Australia is a big needle pin in the heart of aspiring nurses.

The changing policy of AHPRA

The changing standards of AHPRA when it comes to the English language standard is now a hindrance to those good nurses and doctors who wanted to gain registration in Australia. Last August 2011, AHPRA published a new revision of the language proficiency policy for all those professional that wanted to be registered in the said country. However, recently, AHPRA disseminated another revised policy for its required English language standard.

The changing decisions of AHPRA is now a big obstacle for all nurses and physicians who wanted to work down under. There was a parliamentary decision made with regards to the standard that was implemented by the said agency. Nobody can argue that English is very important in communicating with their patient or people, but, it does not mean that if you score high or achieved an IELTS score of 7 or higher you will be a good nurse, as stated by one of the complainant.

Just a month ago, there are many applicants who already had an eligibility letter that are having hard time in looking for a school for the bridging, because although AHPRA exempted the future professionals in Australia from the English test, various institutions and schools do not honor the eligibility letter without the IELTS.

According to some of the institutions, they were just trying to protect their interests and their students as well, because they knew how unreliable AHPRA is when it comes to the English language proficiency standard.

One research claimed that IELTS became the basis of English proficiency due to profit matter.

MHTI application is now closed

Universities are unaware of the New Language proficiency of AHPRA for nurses

99.9% of unis and private institutions in Australia that is offering for a bridging program for overseas trained nurse are unaware of the new English language proficiency requirement that was carried out in the middle of this year. As of the moment, most unis and institutions required candidates to have an IELTS of 7 for acceptance in the bridging course, not knowing that it had been changed.

Dear SirlMadam

My name is Samjhana Kunwar and I completed my Bachelor of Nursing from the USQ,

Toowoomba in July 2010. I am currently registered in AHPRA with condition and working

as a RN in an aged care. I am writing this letter in response to the letter sent to me by QNU

about your inquiry with the AHPRA. I have faced so many troubles with AHPRA regarding

my registration. So I found this as a great opportunity to express my feelings regarding the

trouble and frustrations I faced with ARPRA.

Firstly, the reception staffs of the AHPRA are not friendly and they never gave me the correct

information when I needed. Every time I went to ask them a question, I never get any

satisfactory answer from them. They always told me that they are not sure and they are

working on it and they will let us know which they never did. Neither they let us to speak

with any other staff who may know the answer; instead they said we are not allowed to talk

with anybody inside.

Moreover, at that time (July20 I0) there was no confirmed rule about the English language

test system for the student from overseas which was the most confusing matter. Because of

that I am still facing plethora of difficulties in getting my full registration. Intheir website, it

was clearly written that we need to get Academic level 7 IELTS result to register with them;

it was not written that they need 7 in each module of the IELTS. I asked more clarification

with them about this but again they did not tell me the correct answer. They said they are

working on it. Keeping that in mind, I thought it will be worthy to apply for registration early

so that I can get my registration quickly and I also thought there will be no harm giving them

the result of IELTS where I got overall 7 because there was no indication of each band 7 in

IEL TS anywhere. So I submitted my application at the end of July with that IELTS result.

Unfortunately, the rule changed after about a month that either they need each band 7 in

IELTS or if we have completed our year 12 in English medium then we don't need to sit for

the IEL TS test. It was very good news for most of the international student because in Nepal,

most of the educational provider have the English Medium Study. I also completed my

diploma in English medium in Nepal. So I was sure about getting the registration. After that,

I also submitted the letter to prove that I have completed my study in English medium and

waited for the response from them.

After 6 weeks, I received a letter from AHPRA saying that according to the result submitted

to them, I haven't got each band 7 in IELTS so that I must sit for and IELTS test and I need

to submit that to get my registration. I was shocked and thought that it might be a mistake

because they might not have received my letter (proof of English medium Study). So I went

to speak with them again and the lady in reception said that it is a mistake and she asked me

to resubmit that letter. I did whatever she said and came back. After 3 weeks, my friend told

me that she received the same letter and she went and spoke with them and they did a big

counselling with her and told that she must get each band 7 to get the registration because

there is no use of English medium study if you can't get the each band 7. So I was amazed

again and I went and asked the same lady in reception and at that time she told me the same

answer as my friend told me. I asked her why didn't she tell me before and she replied she

didn't know that I have submitted the IELTS test. But I have told her everything in previous

visit but there was no point of arguing with her so I left their office quietly.

At that time, I felt I was the most unlucky person in the world because all of my friends who

complete the same level study with me got their registration because they did not submit any

IELTS to AHPRA and our big mistake (according to AHPRA) was submitting the IELTS. On

the other hand, my visa was about to expire in September so I had to do something before it

expired. But again they said it is not their problem. Only option I have left at that time was to

go to the union (QNU) and ask the senior legal officer to speak on our behalf with AHPRA.

So we (my friends with the similar situation) did the same and the senior Legal officer of the

QNU had a board meeting with AHPRA and they decided to register with condition and the

condition was to get the each band 7 in IELTS before 31st may 2011 and work under the

supervision ofRN and also notify the employer about the condition.

It was a bit of relief however I always feel that it is an injustice because my entire friend with

the same qualification and same or less skills of English competency got the full registration.

I am 100% sure that nobody will get each band 7 in IELTS after completing the study in

English medium because they are two different things. The way they test English in IELTS is

totally different. There is very limited time and variety of tasks (totally different than your

course) to complete. I can also guarantee that not even the people with English speaking

background can get each band 7 in IELTS easily. All of my friends who now got the full

registration were also struggling to get the each band 7 before AHPRA's new rule. How can

AHPRA believe that they are safe with them and not with us? It is a very big injustice with

us.

Finally, my problem is that I am unable to get each band 7 in one sitting till this date and my

registration is due to renew in this May. I don't know what will happen next. If! don't get my

registration renewed I will have to return to my country with empty hands as there will be no

value of my 2 years study without registration. I have tried about 15 times to get each band 7

and every time I get more than 7 in 3 bands and alwys6.5 in one band and that band is

different each time for e.g. If it I get 6.5 in reading this time then next one will be writing and

after that it will be speaking and so on... the exam is so frustrating because I cannot go to

work on that day, I lose $317 for one test and I have to face the stress of exam. I wasted

thousands of money in IELTS and the results are always frustrating. I have even got 8 and 8.5

in different band in different time but not at once. So I don't know what sense it makes ....

In conclusion, some of my unanswered questions are:

1. Why doesn't AHPRA trust the University study of its own country? How can a

student pass 2 years bachelor level study in Australia without being competent in

English language? And how do they pass the placement without it? If they have

passed why do they have to again sit for this IELTS test for registration?

2. How can it be believed that whoever did finish year 12 study in English medium is

totally equivalent to the Each band 7 in IELTS? Where I have seen all those people

who got registration now were struggling to get the each band 7 before.

3. How can the 3 hours test prove that the person is totally competent for the English

language test while considering the time limit and different topics of essay in every

test and all those irreverent topic in speaking every time?

4. What is difference of getting 7 in two sitting than in one sitting? Does person's

capacity changes every week? For e.g. If! get 6.5 in speaking this time and get 8 in

next week, does that mean my skill improved a lot this week than last week or vice

versa? Exactly same thing happens to me. So I am getting 8 in one band this time and

6.5 next week in the same band. What does that prove? Does it prove that my

capacity changes every week or it is because of different exam question and different

exam condition every time?

5. Why didn't my application considered according to the previous rule when it was

submitted before the new rule? Even if the new rule applies why I was excluded even

when I was still qualified for the registration? How can they think that all the people

who didn't submitted the IELTS are capable of getting each band 7 when everybody

(all of my friends of same batch) witnessed them sitting for an IELTS test? Why

can't they notice the record that there were thousands of students qualified for an

EEN 1-2 years before but were not registered because of not being able to get each

band 7 IELTS and they were suddenly registered with AHPRA with their new rule of

the alternative for IELTS? Isn't this sufficient enough to realise that studying English

medium is in any way not equivalent to the each band 7 IELTS? If they know why

can't they be practical?

6. Even at work, I have to deal with all sorts of communication issues with resident

(especially resident with dementia), doctors, staff and family in an aged care. Is it

possible without the incompetency of English? What about the documentation? Ifmy

manager, staffs, residents and family are happy with my English skills why can't

AHPRA come and evaluate? If my registration doesn't get renewed, will I be

suddenly disqualified from nursing after May? What about my work experience? No

value for this?

To sum up, I think I am writing too long. You can understand by now that how much trouble

and frustration I faced with AHPRA. I am really worried about my registration and the time I

spent in my studies. Registration is the key point for all this because I won't be able to apply

my knowledge from my study in anywhere in the world without it. I have finished my study

with the help of the loan from bank, which I am not able to pay back yet. If I will have to

return to my country I will have nothing with me. So please consider this letter even if it is

too long but this represents the trouble of hundreds of international students who come to

study in Australia. I wrote this letter in behalf of my other friends as well who are in the same

situation. Finally this was my great opportunity to express my feelings with you. I will be

very grateful for your help in solving these issues with AHPRA. I hope this will bring the

positive outcome and there will be no nurse like me in future facing similar situation with

AHPRA. I am looking forward to hear back from you.

Schools for Bridging in Australia is NOT well informed

There are numbers of foreign nurses with eligibility letter from AHPRA or NMBA, stating that they are eligible to do the bridging course,however, almost 99% of school in Australia that is offering an IRON program or Competence program is not well updated by the new language proficiency of AHPRA. Up until now, most school stick to the policy of having 7 or higher in all band for IELTS, where they missed the other language proficiency that was stating that "or" have shown any proof that the language used during their secondary and tertiary education was in English. Currently, there is only one school in Australia that accepts student without IELTS and through the honoring the letter of AHPRA.

This will be so odd, since most English language proficiency was based on the standard of AHPRA, however, schools missed the other point. When will the school learn?

Currently, there is a hearing in the parliamentary government that was questioning the IELTS or OET, which is good, since there is no evidence that being a good nurse is having a higher score in IELTS or OET.

Visa Classification

Please note that if you intend to use the visa subclass 575, make sure that the institution that you are or will be enrolled to is a CRICOS accredited. However, if it is not, the best option you can have is the visa subclass 547, which is the business short stay visa.

The only disadvantage of 457 from 575 is that, the latter allows you to apply for a working permit while studying or undertaking the program.

Please ask your institution first, since most of the institution will give you visa information as well.

Just an additional information. Although, AHPRA will waived your English language proficiency, however, most of the institution will not accept an applicant for a bridging course that has no IELTS result or OET.

We do hope that by the 1st of July 2011, there will be a clear communication between the institution and AHPRA, since most of the institution does not honor an exemption rule of AHPRA.

What Visa is appropriate

Please do not be confused with the type of visa that you are going to apply for Competence program or IRON program in Australia.

You an an option for either subclass 575 visa, which is a student visa for non-award courses. Since the bridging program belongs to the non-award course, so you can choose this option. There are some forums that i have had read giving advices of getting other types of student visa. Please note that student visa in Australia has different types and to avoid your application from being denied, kindly read more informations regarding visas in Australian Embassy Website.

Please be aware that, there are some institutions that requires you to have a specific type of visa, like for instance the VCHN in Melbourne, Victoria, where they required all those student that will take the bridging program in their institution to have a business short stay visa.

A New Cure to Cancer

MANILA, Philippines – Fourteen-year old Angeli Joyce Dy is not your typical teenager who whiles away her time shopping in malls. At 13, she’s pouring over thick science books and spending her summer at the laboratory of the University of the Philippines (UP) Institute of Biology, testing the anti-cancer, anti-bacterial properties from the bile of the milkfish (bangus).

Unlike most girls her age, Angeli, an incoming third year high school junior at the Capiz National High School, has been going back and forth to the regional office of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) in Capiz and SIFDEC library in Iloilo to make an in-depth and extensive research on her subject.

Angeli has stumbled upon an existing study on the potential anti-cancer properties of the milkfish bile and wanted to pursue this because in her own words “I want to help contribute in finding a cure to a widespread and global disease such as cancer.”

Her study recently took center stage when Angeli received the second special award from the American Association for Clinical Chemistry for her research project, “Cytotoxicity Against Human Lung (A549) and Colon (HCT116) Carcinomas, Antioxidant and Anti-Bacterial properties of Milkfish (Chanos chanos Forsskal) Bile” at the recently-concluded Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Reno, Nevada.

According to AHPRA, an Authorised officer should fo the following in the presence of the applicant:

certify that each documents is a true copy of the original
certify that the photograph on photographic documentation (e.g. license or passport) is a true likeness of the applicant
witness the signature of the applicant

Certified documents must

be initiated on every page by the authorised officer
annotated on the last page as appropriate eg " I have sighted the original document and certify this to be a true copy of the original" and signed by the authorise officer
List the name, date of certification, and contact phone number, and the number and have the stamp or seal of the authorised office (if relevant) applied.

Deadline for Nursing Licensure Examination for July 2011

Philippine government’s Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the deadline for the filing of applications for Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE) this July 2011, in a press release dated January 14, 2011.

Deadline for submission of applications for the July 2011 Nursing Board Exam for repeaters is until April 15, 2011. For those first timers examinees, the last date of filing will be on May 13, 2011. And take note of this, PRC will not entertain any applications beyond the deadlines specified.

We all know that in order to receive a letter of Bridging in Australia as a nurse, a candidate or an applicant need to have a band score of 7 in all categories in IELTS and A or B for OET or Occupational English Test in four components for Academic. For all overseas nurse who have received a letter from AHPRA that they are eligible to do a Bridging course in Australia, please take note that Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia will give you a list of program that is acceptable in their country. Since you are advised to do a bridging course, look for the COURSE Type that says BRIDGING.

Because, there are some Agencies, that in order for their applicant to travel or study abroad, they advised them to enroll in Certificate III or IV. Which is not a good idea. However, if you intend to take Aged Care certificate III or IV, then no need to worry about bridging course.

Criteria for Registration of internationally trained nurse for Australia

According to the new standards of NMBA, the following are the requirements needed by an overseas trained nurse seeking registration in Australia.

The NMBA came out with five criteria in assessing an international trained nurses and midwifery.

Criterion one

Where the applicant establishes their identity by either submitting their passport, license ID card. This is through "The applicant must provide documentary and photographicevidence that they are the person seeking to be registered". Where it should be "• Documents must meet AHPRA Proof of Identitycriteria, including the listed criteria for persons applying from overseas or who have recently arrived in Australia. All documents must be an original or certified as per the criteria of AHPRA Certifying Documents ".

Criterion two

The applicant meets English language proficiency criteria for the nursing and midwifery professions. Where "The applicant must have obtained the results within two years prior to applying for registration; The results must have been obtained in one sitting; The applicant can undertake the test either onshore or offshore; The applicant must make arrangements for test
results to be provided directly to AHPRA by the testing authority

Criterion three

The applicant is assessed as meeting current Australian nursing and midwifery education standards. According to this criteria for assessment: " For a registered nurse and midwife, the evidence provided by the applicant demonstrates that their education preparation meets NMBA-approved accreditation standards as follows:• For registration as a registered nurse, the minimum qualification must be a university-based8
Bachelor degree (or where relevant, a postgraduate qualification) and the minimum length of the course is equivalent to six semesters’ full-time study.

*For registration as a midwife, the minimum qualification must be a university-based Bachelor degree (or where relevant, a postgraduate qualification) and the minimum length of the course is equivalent to six semesters’ fulltime study. or

• The minimum length of the preregistration midwifery course must be at least 12 months full time, where the midwifery student is a registered nurse.

• For an enrolled nurse the evidence provided by the applicant demonstrates that their education
preparation meets the current approved standards for enrolled nurses in Australia, which is a certificate
IV-based course until 1 July 2014, at which point the entry to practice standard will be changed to the
Diploma level."

Documentary evidence to include original or certified copies as per the criteria of AHPRA Certifying Documents.

• The applicant provides a transcript of theoretical content of the course, including total hours for each
subject and clinical experience.

• The applicant provides the certificate gained and evidence of completion of the course.

Criterion four

Under this criteria "The applicant must hold, or be eligible to hold, a current nursing and/or midwifery registration or licence to practise either in their country of residence, and/or their country of origin, and/or their country of initial education, and must have practised within the past five years as definedin criteria of the NMBA recency of practice registration standard."

• Applicant must provide original or certified documentary evidence of currency of eligibility of
registration or licensure in the country from which they last worked
• Applicant must provide certified documentary evidence from their current and previous employers
that they have practised nursing and/or midwifery within the past five years preceding their pplication,
as defined in criteria of the NMBA recency of practice registration standard
• If not currently employed, the applicant must provide certified documentary evidence from their most
recent employer
• Applicant must have practised nursing and/or midwifery as defined by the definition of ‘practice’
contained in the NMBA recency

If the applicant is applying from a country that either:
• does not have a regulatory system
• cannot provide evidence

Therefore the " applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the State and Territory boards"

The applicant demonstrates they are ‘fit

On July 1,2010 AHPRA was introduced to all those nurse who were seeking registration in Australia. Under AHPRA, there is Nursing and Midwifery Board that deals specifically with nursing registrations either overseas or with in the country.

English Language Proficiency Policy Update 2009

As of 1 July 2009, all internationally-qualified nurses and midwives applying for assessment to the ANMC under the general skilled migration scheme will be required to complete an English proficiency test. New Zealand registered nurses and midwives are exempt from providing English proficiency under the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997.

IELTS / OET Levels

A pass level of 7 in all four bands of the IELTS Academic test or a B level in all four bands of the OET will be required in one sitting. The test will be valid for a period of two years.

Re: Letter Campaign in Support of Philippine Nurses’ Appeal for Fair Assessment

Dear Friends,

In the last few weeks, the problems of Philippine nurses over the registration process in New Zealand have been brought to public attention. Philippine Ambassador Bienvenido Tejano reported that there are about 50 “distressed" overstaying Filipinos in New Zealand, many of them nurses who were denied registration by the Nursing Council.

There could be more if the Philippine nurses currently applying for registration will also be declined because of the Council’s view that Filipinos who took up nursing as a second course are not good enough to be registered in New Zealand. Thus, on behalf of Philippine Nurses Speak Out! and Migrante Aotearoa New Zealand, we appeal for your support for the Philippine Nurses’ Urgent Appeal for Fair Assessment. Attached herewith is our petition.

One letter writer to the Philippine Senate, New Zealand national, Bill Marshall, noted: "Based on my personal experience, having been a patient in Middlemore Hospital heart ward, I can say Thank God for nurses from the Philippines. It has occurred to me that our hospital system (in New Zealand) could risk collapse without the contingency of Filipino nurses that we have. Filipino nurses deserve our respect."

We are hoping that a letter campaign across and beyond New Zealand will impact on the Nursing Council of New Zealand to consider our appeal. If you believe in the competence of Philippine nurses, we ask you to demonstrate your support by sending your own short personal message or by adding your signature to a general letter supporting our campaign. Please indicate if you are an employer/superior/client of Filipino nurses/healthcare assistants/caregivers.

We, the undersigned members of Filipino communities and concerned citizens around the world, together with employers, superiors and clients of Filipino nurses/healthcare assistants/caregivers in New Zealand, endorse the petition for fair assessment of Filipino nurses applying for registration in New Zealand.

We urge the Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ) to consider the positive feedback of New Zealanders on Filipino nurses/ healthcare assistants/caregivers.

• Certificate, diploma or degree issued by the educational institution/ hospital at which you undertook the course.

• Verification of current registration in the country in which you last practised. Please arrange for verification of your current/most recent registration to be sent directly to from the nurse regulatory authority to the Nurses Board of Victoria.

• Evidence of identity, in the form of a birth certificate (or current passport if no change of name).

• Marriage certificate or other documentation relating to any name change.

• Documentary evidence of work experience.

Translations: Documents not in the English language must be translated and certified by an accredited translation service. The document, both in its original language and its translation, should accompany your application.

Following consideration of your application by the Board, you will be issued with a letter informing you of the requirements necessary to qualify for registration.

English language proficiency

If you have undertaken a nursing education program in a country in which English is not the first language; it will be necessary for you to first demonstrate your proficiency in English. The Board accepts the following English language skills tests,

Pre-registration programs for overseas qualified nurses

If you are assessed as requiring a pre-registration/ supervised practice program, the letter should be presented to the institution/hospital at which you apply for a vacancy. Entry to an accredited pre-registration program in higher education institutions normally requires an Australian residential permit.

The purpose of the assessment period is to provide you with an orientation to the health care system in Victoria and to enable you to demonstrate your ability to function as a registered nurse in this State. It will be necessary for you to contact the institution/hospital of your choice for admission to complete the pre-registration requirements.

The Australian Nursing Council (ANC)

The Australian Nursing Council is a national nursing body established in association with the nurse State/Territory nurse regulatory authorities.

The Australian Nursing Council acts as a central assessor for overseas nurses intending to work in Australia.
The Australian Nursing Council provides assessment on the qualifications of overseas nurses seeking registration in Australia either direct or via an Australian Government office overseas. International Nurses

The International Section of the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Council (ANMC) is an assessing authority for the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). The ANMC conducts an assessment of Registered Nurses and Midwives who intend to migrate to Australia under the General Skilled Migration category. The ANMC has been authorised by DIAC to undertake these assessments. Through this process the ANMC determines whether nurses and midwives are suitable for migration or whether they may need to undertake further education in order to be eligible for migration in the stated skill category.

The ANMC itself has no legal authority to:

Register nurses and midwives. This is a function of the state and territory nursing and midwifery regulatory authorities.
Employ nurses and midwives in Australia.
Deal with immigration requirements other than Migration Skills Assessment.
Advise on visa or immigration matters.
Process applications for nursing and midwifery training in Australia.
Provide continuing medical education courses or other medical training.
